How Do I Book A Yacht?

You can select the Book Now option on your desired yacht rental and fill in the required details. Alternatively, you can give us a call and we’ll have the yacht booked.

Do You Offer Any Special Offers?

We always have special offers available for different significant dates, such as Christmas or the holy month of Ramadan. It is best to check our website to stay up to date with all of our special offers which may be available. We also offer Birthday or engagement deals which are available upon request.

What Are the Modes of Payment?

Payments can be made online through a credit card or in cash.

How Far in Advance Would You Recommend Booking A Yacht?

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible in order to ensure you get the widest selection of yachts available. All of our yachts are subject to availability. That being said we can take last minute bookings and will always accommodate clients to the best of our ability.

What Safety Precautions Do You Maintain?

Every member in our team is well trained with all the safety procedures. Additionally, we provide safety jackets and other necessary equipment.

What Entertainment Features Are Offered on The Boat?

Our yachts offer a variety of entertainment features. Right from DJ facilities with world-class speaker systems to televisions screens for a special live event, performers, and water sport toys – all of it can be arranged at the request of our guests. TV and speaker systems are available with every charter and don't need to be requested separately.

Will I Be Sent A Reminder Before My Trip?

Once your booking has been confirmed and full payment is made, guests will receive a confirmation email with the contact details and location.

What Happens If the Weather Get Unfavorable?

If the weather is deemed “unsafe to sail” by our experienced captain, we will allow clients to reschedule the trip at no extra cost. Subject to availability.

Do You Allow Pets Onboard?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on board our yachts as a matter of safety for the animals and potential damage caused to the vessels.

Will I Receive Privacy Onboard?

Privacy is of the utmost importance at Seven Yachts. We endeavor to ensure complete privacy on every charter. Our highly experienced crew are trained to provide you a comfortable trip. They are always at your service and will cater to all your needs and requirements. If required, they will offer you complete privacy during the entire trip.

Is Smoking Allowed on The Cruise?

Smoking is allowed on our yachts. However, we strictly prohibit guests from smoking inside the boats. Our crew will provide ashtrays and will show you the designated areas for you to smoke.

Can I Bring My Own Food and Drinks?

You are welcome to bring food and beverages of your choice, or you may alternatively opt for our catering service, where we provide a BBQ service on request. Do let us know in advance so we can prepare for it before your arrival.

Is Alcohol Permitted Onboard?

If the guest holds a valid alcohol license in the UAE, they are welcome to bring their alcohol onboard, however, the drinks must be consumed within the vessel and cannot be consumed on the dock or in any other public space.

What Is the Arrival Time?

We recommend arriving at least ten minutes before the scheduled time. If there is any extensive setup or special requests made, it is advisable to arrive earlier, to ensure you leave on time.

What Documents Should We Carry?

Every guest should carry a valid Passport or Emirates ID for their trip.
